Flux
Transforming time into space
Every moment leaves a trace.
We normally experience time as a continuous flow, one moment replacing the next. Photography interrupts that flow and gives us a single instant.
Flux asks what happens when that relationship is reversed.
Using slit-scan processes, moments are no longer separated. They accumulate, overlap and reshape the space they occupy. Movement becomes geometry. Duration becomes structure. A passing moment becomes something that can be explored.
The images are not attempts to reproduce reality, but to reconstruct it through time.
